以提高单级风扇压比为目标,深入研究已有高压比风扇技术,提出一种新型双排串列、斜流风扇结构。针对串列风扇气动布局的新特征,发展了串列风扇通流设计方法及基于非均匀有理B样条叶型中线生成方法。利用新建立的气动设计系统,进行了串列风扇气动布局设计与分析,开展了高负荷串列叶片流动匹配研究,并采用三维造型等多项先进技术,成功实现了进口全超声串列静叶设计。三维数值模拟结果显示:新结构串列风扇动叶之间流动匹配良好,超声静叶激波后的流动分离得到有效控制,高负荷条件下串列风扇仍保持良好性能。
以提高單級風扇壓比為目標,深入研究已有高壓比風扇技術,提齣一種新型雙排串列、斜流風扇結構。針對串列風扇氣動佈跼的新特徵,髮展瞭串列風扇通流設計方法及基于非均勻有理B樣條葉型中線生成方法。利用新建立的氣動設計繫統,進行瞭串列風扇氣動佈跼設計與分析,開展瞭高負荷串列葉片流動匹配研究,併採用三維造型等多項先進技術,成功實現瞭進口全超聲串列靜葉設計。三維數值模擬結果顯示:新結構串列風扇動葉之間流動匹配良好,超聲靜葉激波後的流動分離得到有效控製,高負荷條件下串列風扇仍保持良好性能。

A new type of double row tandem oblique flow fan was proposed to increase the single stage fan pressure ratio. The tandem fan through-flow design method and blade camber line generation method based on the non-uniform B spline were developed. Adopting the new characteristic of tandem fan aerodynamic layout, the design and analysis of tandem fan aerodynamic layout, and the flow matching investigation of high loading tandem blade row were carried out. The supersonic tandem stator was designed successfully by applying the three-dimensional blade design. The numerical simulation indicated that the flow matching of tandem fan blade was fine, the flow deviation after the shock wave was controlled effectively, and the good performance of tandem fan was kept at the high loading conditions.
