目的:优选右旋布洛芬包合物的包合工艺。方法:以收得率和包合率为指标,运用L9(34)正交试验优选最佳包合工艺,采用相溶解度法、TLC、UV、IR对包合物进行鉴定。结果:右旋布洛芬的最佳包合工艺为右旋布洛芬与β-环糊精摩尔比为1:1,包合温度50℃,包合时间4 h。结论:右旋布洛芬的包合工艺简单、合理可行。

목적:우선우선포락분포합물적포합공예。방법:이수득솔화포합솔위지표,운용L9(34)정교시험우선최가포합공예,채용상용해도법、TLC、UV、IR대포합물진행감정。결과:우선포락분적최가포합공예위우선포락분여β-배호정마이비위1:1,포합온도50℃,포합시간4 h。결론:우선포락분적포합공예간단、합리가행。
Objective:To optimize the preparation process of dexibuprofen inclusion complexes.Methods:With the inclusion rate and yield of dexibuprofen as evaluation index , the optimal preparation technology was optimized by L 9 (34 ) orthogonal test, and evalua-ted by phase-solubility method、TLC、UV and IR.Results:The optimal preparation technology of dexibuprofen inclusion complexes was as followings:the molar ratio of dexibuprofen and β-cyclodextrin was 1:1, the inclusion time was 1h and the inclusion temperature was 50 ℃.Conclusion:The preparation technology of dexibuprofen inclusion complex was simple and feasible .
