目的:研究羟丙基-β-环糊精对芦竹碱的增溶作用。方法:以芦竹碱为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,建立芦竹碱的含量测定方法。通过相溶解度法讨论羟丙基-β-环糊精对芦竹碱的增溶作用。结果:在水溶液中,芦竹碱的溶解度随羟丙基-β-环糊精浓度的增加而呈线性增加,相溶解度曲线为AL型。结论:羟丙基-β-环糊精与芦竹碱形成1:1型包合物。羟丙基-β-环糊精对芦竹碱最大增溶倍数为4.74倍,增溶效果较好。
目的:研究羥丙基-β-環糊精對蘆竹堿的增溶作用。方法:以蘆竹堿為對照品,採用紫外分光光度法,建立蘆竹堿的含量測定方法。通過相溶解度法討論羥丙基-β-環糊精對蘆竹堿的增溶作用。結果:在水溶液中,蘆竹堿的溶解度隨羥丙基-β-環糊精濃度的增加而呈線性增加,相溶解度麯線為AL型。結論:羥丙基-β-環糊精與蘆竹堿形成1:1型包閤物。羥丙基-β-環糊精對蘆竹堿最大增溶倍數為4.74倍,增溶效果較好。
목적:연구간병기-β-배호정대호죽감적증용작용。방법:이호죽감위대조품,채용자외분광광도법,건립호죽감적함량측정방법。통과상용해도법토론간병기-β-배호정대호죽감적증용작용。결과:재수용액중,호죽감적용해도수간병기-β-배호정농도적증가이정선성증가,상용해도곡선위AL형。결론:간병기-β-배호정여호죽감형성1:1형포합물。간병기-β-배호정대호죽감최대증용배수위4.74배,증용효과교호。
Objective:To study the enhancing solubilization effect of hydroxypropyl -β-cyclodextrin ( HP-β-CD) with gramine using phase solubility method .Methods:An exact and precise method was developed for UV -vis absorption spectroscopy determination of gramine .Phase solubility method was used to study on the increasing solubility of HP -β-CD with Gramine .Results:The concen-tration of gramine was improved with the increase of concentration of HP -β-CD in water .The phase solubility diagram of gramine and HP-β-CD were named as AL -type.Conclusion:Gramine was included into the HP -β-CD cavum to form a 1:1 inclusion complex.The aqueous solubility of gramine -HP-β-CD was 4.74 times higher than the concentrition of gramine .The acquous solu-bility of gramine was enhanced wiht the formationg of an inclusion complex with HP -CD.
