针对低环境力下引信保险机构在发射飞行过程中受到的环境力较小,机械式保险机构尺寸较大、检测精度低,弹丸旋转产生的离心力不足以使机械保险机构解除第二道保险,设计了一种低环境力下引信机电式保险机构。该机构采用加速度传感器作为检测元件,采用单片机作为控制元件,加速度传感器同时检测轴向加速度和离心加速度,两个加速度共同作为解除保险的条件。试验结果表明该引信保险机构可以在低环境力下可靠工作,具有体积小、安全性高等优点。
針對低環境力下引信保險機構在髮射飛行過程中受到的環境力較小,機械式保險機構呎吋較大、檢測精度低,彈汍鏇轉產生的離心力不足以使機械保險機構解除第二道保險,設計瞭一種低環境力下引信機電式保險機構。該機構採用加速度傳感器作為檢測元件,採用單片機作為控製元件,加速度傳感器同時檢測軸嚮加速度和離心加速度,兩箇加速度共同作為解除保險的條件。試驗結果錶明該引信保險機構可以在低環境力下可靠工作,具有體積小、安全性高等優點。

For the fuze arming device working with low environmental force,mechanical arming device had the shortages of large volume and low accuracy,the centrifugal force produced by shell was not big enough to arm the second device reliably.An electromechanical arming device in low environmental force was designed.An ac-celerator was used as the detecting element and a MCU was used as the control element,the accelerator detected both centrifugal acceleration and axial acceleration at the same time,both accelerations were taken as the j udge-ment evidence of arming the device.The test results showed that the arming device can work reliably in low envi-ronmental force.The scheme had the advantages of small volume,high safety and so on.
