目的：观察在纤维支气管镜下采取氩气刀治疗支气管结核气道狭窄患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析兰州市肺科医院支气管结核并发支气管狭窄患者40例，采用经纤维支气管镜下氩气刀治疗，观察临床疗效和并发症，随访半年。结果40例患者均顺利完成治疗，治疗过程中无严重并发症发生。结论采用纤维支气管镜下氩气刀治疗支气管结核并发气道狭窄，具有较好的疗效和较佳的安全性。
목적：관찰재섬유지기관경하채취아기도치료지기관결핵기도협착환자적림상료효급안전성。방법회고성분석란주시폐과의원지기관결핵병발지기관협착환자40례，채용경섬유지기관경하아기도치료，관찰림상료효화병발증，수방반년。결과40례환자균순리완성치료，치료과정중무엄중병발증발생。결론채용섬유지기관경하아기도치료지기관결핵병발기도협착，구유교호적료효화교가적안전성。
Objective Observation on bronchofibroscope argon knife under treatment of airway stenosis patients with endobronchial tuberculosis:clinical efifcacy and safety. Methods Retrospective analysis of Lanzhou city hospital suffering from bronchial tuberculosis patients complicated with bronchial stenosis in 40 cases, via bronchoifbroscope argon-gas knife therapy and observe the clinical efifcacy and complications, and follow-up for half a year.Results 40 patients were successfully completed treatment, without serious complications during treatment. Conclusion Adopting Bronchoscopy treated with Argon knife under bronchial tuberculosis complicated with airway constriction, with better efifcacy and safety.
