目的：探讨临床路径在白内障的治疗中的应用价值和应用前景。方法以我科接受治疗的患者160例为研究对象，按照收治时间分组为研究组，对照组各80例。对照组患者采用常规医疗方法，研究组采用临床路径方法治疗，观察比较两组患者在住院时间，住院花费方面差异。结果研究组患者在住院时间，住院花费等方面明显少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论临床路径方法对于提高患者的治疗效果，减少住院时间和住院费用等方面有显著价值。
목적：탐토림상로경재백내장적치료중적응용개치화응용전경。방법이아과접수치료적환자160례위연구대상，안조수치시간분조위연구조，대조조각80례。대조조환자채용상규의료방법，연구조채용림상로경방법치료，관찰비교량조환자재주원시간，주원화비방면차이。결과연구조환자재주원시간，주원화비등방면명현소우대조조（P<0.05）。결론림상로경방법대우제고환자적치료효과，감소주원시간화주원비용등방면유현저개치。
Objective To investigate the application of clinical pathway in the treatment of cataract value and application prospect. Methods 160 cases patients treated in our department as the research object, according to the time were grouped into the team. The control group (n = 80). The control group were treated by routine medical method, the team by clinical pathway method of treatment, observation compared two groups of patients in hospitalization time, hospitalization cost differences. Results The group patients in hospitalization time, hospitalization cost signiifcantly less than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway method to improve the effect of the treatment of patients with reduced length of hospital stay and hospitalization expenses and so on have signiifcant value.
