目的：研究肠镜检查中包括网络预约等3种预约方式的效果。方法：比较835例患者采用3种不同的预约方式时，服用同等剂量的复方聚乙二醇，肠道准备效果的差异。入选患者分初诊和复诊两类人群，指标有清洁程度、耐受性、顺应性3项。结果：面谈咨询+结肠镜检查通知单（A组）、住院网络预约时病房自动生成结肠镜检查镜通知单（B组）、电话咨询（C 组）3组间没有统计学差异（P>0.05）。清洁程度优良率初诊和复诊各占97.37%、98.57%，耐受性的优良率初诊和复诊各占92.56%、94.47%，顺应性的优良率初诊和复诊各占96.88%、97.36%。结论：随着信息化建设的推进，预约方式也会多样化，目前，已经应用的3种预约方式可以保障肠镜检查的顺利完成。
목적：연구장경검사중포괄망락예약등3충예약방식적효과。방법：비교835례환자채용3충불동적예약방식시，복용동등제량적복방취을이순，장도준비효과적차이。입선환자분초진화복진량류인군，지표유청길정도、내수성、순응성3항。결과：면담자순+결장경검사통지단（A조）、주원망락예약시병방자동생성결장경검사경통지단（B조）、전화자순（C 조）3조간몰유통계학차이（P>0.05）。청길정도우량솔초진화복진각점97.37%、98.57%，내수성적우량솔초진화복진각점92.56%、94.47%，순응성적우량솔초진화복진각점96.88%、97.36%。결론：수착신식화건설적추진，예약방식야회다양화，목전，이경응용적3충예약방식가이보장장경검사적순리완성。
Objective:To analyze and compare three different solutions for colonoscopy appointment,including the network appointment. Methods:835 patients in a tumor hospital given the same dose of polyethylene glycol were inves-tigated,who were arranged in three different appointments,studying the different enteric preparation effect. The selected patients,including two populations:( the newly diagnosed and follow-up ),were evaluated from three aspects:( the clean degree,tolerance and adaptation). Result:Interview + colonoscopy notice( group A),hospital network reserva-tion unit automatically generating colonoscopy mirror notice( group B),telephone consultation( group C)had no signif-icant difference between the three groups( P>0 . 05 ). The excellent rate of cleanliness accounted for 97 . 37%,98 . 57% respectively in the newly diagnosed and further consultation;the excellent rate of the tolerance accounted for 92 . 56%,94 . 47% in the newly diagnosed and further consultation;The excellent rate of the adaptability accounted for 96 . 88%,97. 36% in the newly diagnosed and further consultation. Conclusion:With the advance of information technolo-gy,the appointments will be diverse. It has turned out that the tumor hospitals has been applying in three different ways to make an appointment to ensure the smooth completion of colonoscopy.
