目的:建立防风通圣丸中麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:以 AichromBond-AQ C18色谱柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm );乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(3:97:0.1:0.1)为流动相;检测波长:205 nm;柱温:35℃;流速:0.80 mL·min-1。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.016~0.244μg范围内具良好的线性关系,平均回收率为102.7%( RSD=1.40%)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可作为麻黄碱的质量控制方法。
目的:建立防風通聖汍中痳黃堿的含量測定方法。方法:以 AichromBond-AQ C18色譜柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm );乙腈-水-燐痠-三乙胺(3:97:0.1:0.1)為流動相;檢測波長:205 nm;柱溫:35℃;流速:0.80 mL·min-1。結果:鹽痠痳黃堿在0.016~0.244μg範圍內具良好的線性關繫,平均迴收率為102.7%( RSD=1.40%)。結論:該方法準確、可靠、專屬性彊,可作為痳黃堿的質量控製方法。
목적:건립방풍통골환중마황감적함량측정방법。방법:이 AichromBond-AQ C18색보주(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm );을정-수-린산-삼을알(3:97:0.1:0.1)위류동상;검측파장:205 nm;주온:35℃;류속:0.80 mL·min-1。결과:염산마황감재0.016~0.244μg범위내구량호적선성관계,평균회수솔위102.7%( RSD=1.40%)。결론:해방법준학、가고、전속성강,가작위마황감적질량공제방법。
Objective:To establish the method for the content determination of ephedrine in Fangfeng Tongsheng pills. Methods:The method was performed on AichromBond-AQ C18 column,using Acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine(3:97:0. 1:0. 1)as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0. 80 mL·min-1 ,with the UV detection wavelength at 205 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Result:The linear ranges of ephedrine were 0 . 016~0 . 244 μg with a good linearity relationship,and average recovery rate was 102. 7%(RSD=1. 40%). Conclusion:The method is ac-curate,reliable and specific,and it meets the requirement of the quality control of ephedrine in Chinese traditional med-icines.
