使用多点简易模具对不同材料、厚度的各种规格船用钢板多点冷成形过程进行试验研究。试验结果表明:船用钢板能够通过多点冷成形的方式成形;船用钢板在多点成形过程中的主要缺陷为压痕和起皱;船用高强钢板比低强度钢板更容易产生褶皱缺陷。在钢板上面加垫聚氨脂弹性垫,在钢板下面加垫B级钢板可有效抑制压痕及起皱缺陷的产生。
使用多點簡易模具對不同材料、厚度的各種規格船用鋼闆多點冷成形過程進行試驗研究。試驗結果錶明:船用鋼闆能夠通過多點冷成形的方式成形;船用鋼闆在多點成形過程中的主要缺陷為壓痕和起皺;船用高彊鋼闆比低彊度鋼闆更容易產生褶皺缺陷。在鋼闆上麵加墊聚氨脂彈性墊,在鋼闆下麵加墊B級鋼闆可有效抑製壓痕及起皺缺陷的產生。
사용다점간역모구대불동재료、후도적각충규격선용강판다점랭성형과정진행시험연구。시험결과표명:선용강판능구통과다점랭성형적방식성형;선용강판재다점성형과정중적주요결함위압흔화기추;선용고강강판비저강도강판경용역산생습추결함。재강판상면가점취안지탄성점,재강판하면가점B급강판가유효억제압흔급기추결함적산생。
A test is performed with multi-point simple dies on the multi-point cold forming process of marine steels in different materials and thickness. The test result shows that marine steel plates can be formed with multi-point cold forming method and the main defects produced on the steel plates during the multi-point forming process are depression and wrinkle and the high-strength marine steel plate is more prone to wrinkle than the low-strength marine steel plate. The generation of depressions and wrinkles can be prevented by putting polyurethane elastic pads on the top side of marine steel plates and putting B-grade steel plates on the bottom side.
