采用气味指纹分析仪(电子鼻)对不同成熟度、不同冷藏期和不同浓度的刺梨果汁进行风味识别,并探讨电子鼻对未知刺梨果汁样品体积分数的判定能力。结果表明,电子鼻能准确区分不同成熟度、不同贮藏期和不同体积分数刺梨样品的整体气味,并能识别和判定未知样品的体积分数。
採用氣味指紋分析儀(電子鼻)對不同成熟度、不同冷藏期和不同濃度的刺梨果汁進行風味識彆,併探討電子鼻對未知刺梨果汁樣品體積分數的判定能力。結果錶明,電子鼻能準確區分不同成熟度、不同貯藏期和不同體積分數刺梨樣品的整體氣味,併能識彆和判定未知樣品的體積分數。

Electronic nose detection was used for flavor analysis of roxburgh rose juice of different maturi-ty, shelf-life during refrigeration and concentration as well as adulteration detection of roxburgh rose juice.The results show that electronic nose can accurately discriminate the complete odor with different maturity,storage periods during refrigeration and concentrations of roxburgh rose juice samples as well as identify and judge the concentrations of unknown samples.
