研究连钱草产量和品质形成对体内养分水平的需求特性,为连钱草合理施肥提供理论依据.分别在江苏盱眙水冲岗连钱草天然分布区的生产田块和江苏洪泽三河镇连钱草生产基地,采用大田生产田块随机取样,分析了连钱草成熟期植株N、P、K含量与产量和品质的数量关系.大样本分析结果表明:①连钱草产量与成熟期植株体内氮含量呈极显著线性相关关系,与植株磷含量和钾含量呈显著线性相关关系;②连钱草总黄酮含量与成熟期植株体内氮含量没有显著线性相关关系,与磷含量呈显著线性相关关系,与钾含量呈极显著线性相关关系;③连钱草产量和总黄酮含量的关系是显著单峰抛物线关系,其回归方程为:y=-0.0002x2+0.06x+2.4084( R2=0.2094).

To study the nutrient demand characteristics in the formation of yield and quality in Glechoma longiut ba can offer the theory in rational fertilization.Random sampling is conducted to analyze the corre-lation of the content of N,P and K in Glechoma longituba in the mature period with the yield and quality. The great sample data analysis results show that in the maturation stage in Glechoma longituba,①a great significant linear correlation ( P<0.01) was found between the yield and N content, and two significant linear correlations ( P<0.05) between the yield and P content, the yield and K content respectively;②two significant linear correlations ( P<0.05) respectively between the general flavone content and P con-tent, the the general flavone and K content were found also;but no significant linear correlation between the general flavone content and N content in the test;③a significant (P <0.05) correlations of parabola with peak between the yield and the general flavone content was reported.All the regression equations of these correlations were obtained.
