低电压芯片电泳电色谱信号检测过程中常伴随随机、周期性激励信号干扰、基线漂移等干扰问题,为低电压芯片电泳电色谱信号的检测带来很大的困难。为了从强干扰噪声中有效提取低电压芯片电泳电色谱分离图谱,有效抑制噪声干扰,提高测量精确度及稳定性,结合低电压芯片非接触电导检测器输出信号特点,将数学形态滤波算法应用到含有强噪声干扰的芯片电泳电色谱信号去噪中。仿真结果表明:数学形态滤波能有效消除芯片电泳电色谱信号的随机、周期性激励信号干扰、基线漂移等多种噪声,能很好地保留原色谱峰信号的基本特征。由于该方法原理简单、运算速度快,易于硬件实现,适合于强背景噪声条件下的低电压芯片电泳信号实时检测。
低電壓芯片電泳電色譜信號檢測過程中常伴隨隨機、週期性激勵信號榦擾、基線漂移等榦擾問題,為低電壓芯片電泳電色譜信號的檢測帶來很大的睏難。為瞭從彊榦擾譟聲中有效提取低電壓芯片電泳電色譜分離圖譜,有效抑製譟聲榦擾,提高測量精確度及穩定性,結閤低電壓芯片非接觸電導檢測器輸齣信號特點,將數學形態濾波算法應用到含有彊譟聲榦擾的芯片電泳電色譜信號去譟中。倣真結果錶明:數學形態濾波能有效消除芯片電泳電色譜信號的隨機、週期性激勵信號榦擾、基線漂移等多種譟聲,能很好地保留原色譜峰信號的基本特徵。由于該方法原理簡單、運算速度快,易于硬件實現,適閤于彊揹景譟聲條件下的低電壓芯片電泳信號實時檢測。

During the electro-chromatography detection process of low-voltage capillary electrophoresis micro-chip,the signals are frequently affected by strong noise interference, such as the random disturb-ance,periodic excitation signal interference, baseline drift, and so on, which brought about great difficul-ties for the electro-chromatography signal analysis.In order to effectively extract the electro-chromatogra-phy graph of low-voltage capillary electrophoresis micro-chip, effectively restrain the noise interference and enhance the measurement precision and stability, the denoising algorithm based on mathematical morphology filter, which is applied in processing the electro-chromatography signal of low-voltage capil-lary electrophoresis micro-chip with strong noise interference, was presented.The simulation results show that the mathematical morphology filter can effectively eliminate the random disturbance,periodic excita-tion signal interference, baseline drift, etc, and can retain the basic characteristics of original chromato-graphic peak signal.Due to the advantages of simple principle and fast operation speed, easy to imple-ment by hardware,it is suitable for the real-time signal detection of low-voltage capillary electrophoresis micro-chip with strong background noise.
