目的：探讨脊髓型颈椎病前路手术的临床疗效。方法：择取2006年1月～2012年1月期间在我院接受手术治疗的120例脊髓型颈椎病患者，观察组采用经前路椎体次全切除椎管减压自体骨植骨融合钢板内固定手术；对照组采用传统后路手术治疗。结果：全部患者接受平均两年的随访，并进行功能评价，以JOA颈椎病疗效评判标准对脊髓功能评定，达到90％的手术有效率，所有病例均治愈，无假关节形成。结论：脊髓型颈椎病前路减压植骨融合钢板内固定减压彻底，操作简单，稳定性强，安全性好，效果可靠，是临床治疗的首选手段。
목적：탐토척수형경추병전로수술적림상료효。방법：택취2006년1월～2012년1월기간재아원접수수술치료적120례척수형경추병환자，관찰조채용경전로추체차전절제추관감압자체골식골융합강판내고정수술；대조조채용전통후로수술치료。결과：전부환자접수평균량년적수방，병진행공능평개，이JOA경추병료효평판표준대척수공능평정，체도90％적수술유효솔，소유병례균치유，무가관절형성。결론：척수형경추병전로감압식골융합강판내고정감압철저，조작간단，은정성강，안전성호，효과가고，시림상치료적수선수단。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of spinal cord anterior operation of cervical spondy-losis.Methods select 2006 January-2012 January to accept operation treatment in our hospital 60 cases of pa-tients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy , were treated by anterior corpectomy decompression autograft bone fu-sion and plate internal fixation operation .Results All the patients received an average of two years of follow-up, and evaluation of the function , effect of cervical spondylosis with JOA standard to the spinal cord function evalua-tion, achieve 90%operation efficiency , all cases were cured , no false joint formation .Conclusion Anterior cer-vical decompression and bone fusion and plate fixation of a thorough decompression , simple operation , high stabili-ty, good safety, reliable effect, is the preferred method for clinical treatment .
