目的:探讨修复同一肢体部位多发性电烧伤创面的手术方案。方法自2011年9月至2013年10月,济南军区总医院烧伤整复科共处理18例同一肢体多发电烧伤创面患者,根据创面情况,综合应用游离或带蒂皮瓣、多种复合皮瓣及动脉穿支皮瓣,辅以皮片移植进行修复。结果18例患者术中共转移皮瓣65个,其中62个皮瓣成活良好,伤口愈合佳,2个皮瓣出现远端淤血坏死,1个皮瓣出现感染切口裂开,经换药治疗后均二期愈合。随访3个月到3年,皮瓣质地、弹性、色泽均良好,局部功能恢复好,效果理想。结论对于同一肢体部位多发性电烧伤创面,根据创面情况,综合应用多种皮瓣技术,能最大程度实现功能的恢复。
目的:探討脩複同一肢體部位多髮性電燒傷創麵的手術方案。方法自2011年9月至2013年10月,濟南軍區總醫院燒傷整複科共處理18例同一肢體多髮電燒傷創麵患者,根據創麵情況,綜閤應用遊離或帶蒂皮瓣、多種複閤皮瓣及動脈穿支皮瓣,輔以皮片移植進行脩複。結果18例患者術中共轉移皮瓣65箇,其中62箇皮瓣成活良好,傷口愈閤佳,2箇皮瓣齣現遠耑淤血壞死,1箇皮瓣齣現感染切口裂開,經換藥治療後均二期愈閤。隨訪3箇月到3年,皮瓣質地、彈性、色澤均良好,跼部功能恢複好,效果理想。結論對于同一肢體部位多髮性電燒傷創麵,根據創麵情況,綜閤應用多種皮瓣技術,能最大程度實現功能的恢複。
목적:탐토수복동일지체부위다발성전소상창면적수술방안。방법자2011년9월지2013년10월,제남군구총의원소상정복과공처리18례동일지체다발전소상창면환자,근거창면정황,종합응용유리혹대체피판、다충복합피판급동맥천지피판,보이피편이식진행수복。결과18례환자술중공전이피판65개,기중62개피판성활량호,상구유합가,2개피판출현원단어혈배사,1개피판출현감염절구렬개,경환약치료후균이기유합。수방3개월도3년,피판질지、탄성、색택균량호,국부공능회복호,효과이상。결론대우동일지체부위다발성전소상창면,근거창면정황,종합응용다충피판기술,능최대정도실현공능적회복。
Objective To investigate the surgery method to repair multiple wound of the same body parts.Methods All 18 cases of electrical burn patients with multiple wound of the same body parts were cured from September 2011 to October 2013.Integrated application of free or pedicle flap,a variety of composite flap,arterial perforators flap and skin grafts were used to repair in the surgery,according to the wound situation.Resluts All 65 flaps were transfered in the 18 cases sugery,of which 62 flaps survived and wound healed well,congestion necrosis in 2 flaps distal parts,infection incision dehiscence appeared in 1 skin flap.All received secondary wound healing after wound dressing.With the follow up of 3 months to 3 years,skin flap texture,flexibility and color were good and received good functional recover.Conclusion Integrated application of different types of skin flaps to treat multiple electrical wound of the same body parts can receive the maximum function recovery.
