目的:探讨动态脑电图监护在大面积脑梗死患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月至2014年9月收治的80例大面积脑梗死患者,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为研究组和对照组两组,各40例。给予对照组患者头颅CT检查,给予研究组患者动态脑电图检查,然后对两组发病后不同时间点患者的确诊情况进行统计分析。结果:研究组发病后12 h、24 h、36 h患者的确诊率均显著高于对照组,但两组患者发病后48 h、60 h患者的确诊率之间的差异均不显著。结论:动态脑电图监护在大面积脑梗死患者早期诊断中具有较高的应用价值。
目的:探討動態腦電圖鑑護在大麵積腦梗死患者診斷中的應用價值。方法:運用隨機抽樣的方法選取我院2013年1月至2014年9月收治的80例大麵積腦梗死患者,依據隨機數字錶法將這些患者分為研究組和對照組兩組,各40例。給予對照組患者頭顱CT檢查,給予研究組患者動態腦電圖檢查,然後對兩組髮病後不同時間點患者的確診情況進行統計分析。結果:研究組髮病後12 h、24 h、36 h患者的確診率均顯著高于對照組,但兩組患者髮病後48 h、60 h患者的確診率之間的差異均不顯著。結論:動態腦電圖鑑護在大麵積腦梗死患者早期診斷中具有較高的應用價值。
목적:탐토동태뇌전도감호재대면적뇌경사환자진단중적응용개치。방법:운용수궤추양적방법선취아원2013년1월지2014년9월수치적80례대면적뇌경사환자,의거수궤수자표법장저사환자분위연구조화대조조량조,각40례。급여대조조환자두로CT검사,급여연구조환자동태뇌전도검사,연후대량조발병후불동시간점환자적학진정황진행통계분석。결과:연구조발병후12 h、24 h、36 h환자적학진솔균현저고우대조조,단량조환자발병후48 h、60 h환자적학진솔지간적차이균불현저。결론:동태뇌전도감호재대면적뇌경사환자조기진단중구유교고적응용개치。
Objective To investigate the Application value of ambulatory EEG monitoring in the diagnosis of massivecerebralinfarction.Methods 80casesofmassivecerebralinfarctionpatientswhoweretreatedinourhos-pital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method , these patients were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table , each had 40 cases.The control group were given head CT , while the study group were given ambulatory EEG , and then diagnosed situations after the on-set at different time points of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed .Results The diagnosis rate af-ter the onset 12h, 24h, 36h of the study group of patients were significantly higher than the control group , but the differences of diagnosis rates after the onset of 48h, 60h between the two groups of patients were not significant . Conclusion Ambulatory EEG monitoring has higher value in the early diagnosis of massive cerebral infarction pa-tients.
