目的：临床对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施外侧入路小切口全髋关节置换手术的效果分析。方法：回顾性分析我院收治的30例老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床资料，并观察分析外侧小切口全髋关节置换术实施的效果。结果：手术切口平均8cm，手术时间均为68min，术中出血量平均380mL。随访16个月后得知，本组患者实施手术治疗一年后Harris评分平均为（95．1±2．4）分，同时本组患者术后没有出现神经经脉血栓、切开感染以及神经血管损伤和假体松动以及髋关节脱位等并发症发生。结论：临床对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施外侧小切口全髋关节置换术治疗，不仅效果显著，而且手术切口小、创伤小、瘢痕少、术后功能恢复快，是一种非常理想的治疗方法，值得临床推广使用。
목적：림상대노년고골경골절환자실시외측입로소절구전관관절치환수술적효과분석。방법：회고성분석아원수치적30례노년고골경골절환자적림상자료，병관찰분석외측소절구전관관절치환술실시적효과。결과：수술절구평균8cm，수술시간균위68min，술중출혈량평균380mL。수방16개월후득지，본조환자실시수술치료일년후Harris평분평균위（95．1±2．4）분，동시본조환자술후몰유출현신경경맥혈전、절개감염이급신경혈관손상화가체송동이급관관절탈위등병발증발생。결론：림상대노년고골경골절환자실시외측소절구전관관절치환술치료，불부효과현저，이차수술절구소、창상소、반흔소、술후공능회복쾌，시일충비상이상적치료방법，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To analyzed the anterolateral incision total hip arthroplasty in elderly bones neck frac-tures.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data in our hospital 30 cases of femoral neck fractures in eld-erly patients , and to observe and analyze small lateral incision total hip replacement surgery the effect of the imple-mentation.Results Incision was average 8cm,operative times were 68min, the average blood loss was 380mL. The average followed-up of 16 months, after a year on average Harris hip score was 95.1 points, no wound infec-tion, no fractures, no neurovascular damage , no deep vein thrombosis , no prosthesis loosening and dislocation of the hip and other serious complications occurred .Conclusion The clinical implementation of femoral neck frac-ture patients outside of a small incision total hip arthroplasty treatment , not only the effect is significant , but small incision , less trauma , less scarring , faster postoperative recovery , is an ideal method of treatment , it is worth clini-cal use .
