目的：探讨酪酸梭菌活菌联合西药治疗老年人肠易激综合征（ IBS ）的疗效及对IL-18、IL-23和TNF-α的影响。方法：将88例IBS患者随机分为两组。观察组：46例IBS患者，接受酪酸梭菌活菌联合西药治疗。对照组：42例IBS患者，接受西药治疗。对比两组疗效及炎症水平。结果：观察组有效率优于对照组。观察组血清TNF-α水平明显较治疗前降低，也明显低于治疗后对照组血清TNF-α水平。观察组血清IL-18、IL-23水平明显较治疗前降低，也明显低于治疗后对照组血清IL-18、IL-23水平。结论：酪酸梭菌活菌联合西药治疗IBS，较单纯西药治疗优势明显，可抑制炎症反应，提高临床疗效。
목적：탐토락산사균활균연합서약치료노년인장역격종합정（ IBS ）적료효급대IL-18、IL-23화TNF-α적영향。방법：장88례IBS환자수궤분위량조。관찰조：46례IBS환자，접수락산사균활균연합서약치료。대조조：42례IBS환자，접수서약치료。대비량조료효급염증수평。결과：관찰조유효솔우우대조조。관찰조혈청TNF-α수평명현교치료전강저，야명현저우치료후대조조혈청TNF-α수평。관찰조혈청IL-18、IL-23수평명현교치료전강저，야명현저우치료후대조조혈청IL-18、IL-23수평。결론：락산사균활균연합서약치료IBS，교단순서약치료우세명현，가억제염증반응，제고림상료효。
Objective To study curative effect of clostridium butyricum combining western medicine treating elderlyirritablebowelsyndrome(IBS)anditseffectonIL-18,IL–23andTNF-α.Methods 88IBSpatients were randomly divided into two groups .Observation group:46 patients with IBS , accepted clostridium butyricum combining western medicine .Control group:42 patients with IBS , accepted western medicine treatment .Curative effect , and inflammatory level of two groups were compared .Results Effectiveness of observation group was better than that of control group .Serum TNF-αlevels of observation group after treatment were significantly lighter than before treatment , and also significantly lighter than that in the control group after treatment .Serum IL-18、IL-23 levels of observation group after treatment were significantly lighter than before treatment , and also significantly lighter than that in the control group after treatment .Conclusion Clostridium butyricum combining western medi-cine treating irritable bowel syndrome , has an obvious advantages than pure western medicine treatment , and it can inhibit inflammatory response , and improve clinical curative effect .
