运用网络平台加强对权力运行制约和监督是建设服务型政府的重要一环，是提升行政效能、从源头上预防和治理腐败的重要步骤。福建省质监局通过认真梳理行政职权、强化政府信息公开，并依托“金质工程”信息系统，深化电子监察应用，拓展监督渠道，全力推进利用网络平台加强对权力运行制约和监督工作。文章还就运用网络平台加强对质监权力运行制约和监督存在的主要困难与问题进行探讨，提出对策及建议。

Using network platform to strengthen the restriction and supervision on administrative power exercising is an important part of building service-oriented government .It is also an important step of enhancing the administrative efifciency and to prevent and control corruption from the source. Fujian Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision by means of conscientiously sorting the administrative authority and strengthen government information disclosure, rely on the information system of “Golden Quality” Project, deepen the applying of electronic monitoring, expand the channels of supervision, the Bureau is pushing the important job of using network platform strengthen the restriction and supervision on administrative power exercising. The essay also discuss the dififcult problems of the network supervision, and puts forward corresponding static and suggestion.
