目的:对比分析脑梗死与慢性脑供血不足危险因素的差异。方法:随机选取咸阳市中心医院神经内科2012年3月至2014年3月收治的88例住院患者,其中50例患者为脑梗死,38例患者为慢性脑供血不足。采用Abbott AXSYM全自动化学发光仪及配套试剂(雅培公司)运用微粒子酶免疫分析法对血浆Hcy进行测定,运用奥林巴斯AU 2700全自动生化分析仪对TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等各血脂指标进行测定。结果:在脑梗死或慢性脑供血不足的转归的预测中,Hcy对其有显著影响,年龄、性别、高血压、糖尿病、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C均对其无影响。结论:脑梗死与慢性脑供血不足两种不同转归的预测因素为高同型半胱氨酸血症。
目的:對比分析腦梗死與慢性腦供血不足危險因素的差異。方法:隨機選取鹹暘市中心醫院神經內科2012年3月至2014年3月收治的88例住院患者,其中50例患者為腦梗死,38例患者為慢性腦供血不足。採用Abbott AXSYM全自動化學髮光儀及配套試劑(雅培公司)運用微粒子酶免疫分析法對血漿Hcy進行測定,運用奧林巴斯AU 2700全自動生化分析儀對TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等各血脂指標進行測定。結果:在腦梗死或慢性腦供血不足的轉歸的預測中,Hcy對其有顯著影響,年齡、性彆、高血壓、糖尿病、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C均對其無影響。結論:腦梗死與慢性腦供血不足兩種不同轉歸的預測因素為高同型半胱氨痠血癥。
목적:대비분석뇌경사여만성뇌공혈불족위험인소적차이。방법:수궤선취함양시중심의원신경내과2012년3월지2014년3월수치적88례주원환자,기중50례환자위뇌경사,38례환자위만성뇌공혈불족。채용Abbott AXSYM전자동화학발광의급배투시제(아배공사)운용미입자매면역분석법대혈장Hcy진행측정,운용오림파사AU 2700전자동생화분석의대TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C등각혈지지표진행측정。결과:재뇌경사혹만성뇌공혈불족적전귀적예측중,Hcy대기유현저영향,년령、성별、고혈압、당뇨병、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C균대기무영향。결론:뇌경사여만성뇌공혈불족량충불동전귀적예측인소위고동형반광안산혈증。
Objective To compare and analyze the risk factors'differences between cerebral infarction and chroniccerebralinsufficiency.Methods 88casesofhospitalizedpatientswhoweretreatedinXianyangCentral Hospital Neurology from March 2012 to March 2014 were randomly selected , including 50 cases of patients with cerebral infarction , 38 cases of patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency .Plasma Hcy were detected by micropar-ticle enzyme immunoassay reagents , using Abbott AXSYM automated chemiluminescence analyzer and related pro-duction produced by Abbott , while all lipid parameters such as TG , TC, HDL-C, LDL-C were detected by Olym-pus AU 2700 automatic biochemical analyzer .Results In outcome prediction infarction or chronic cerebral insuffi-ciency, Hcy has a significant impact on them , while age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C have no impact on them .Conclusion The predictors of two different outcomes of infarction and chronic cerebral insufficiency is high homocysteine .
