芳香醛与羟胺反应合成了苯甲醛肟(2),苯甲醛肟(2)与氯乙酰氯反应得到关键中间体氯乙酰苯甲醛肟(3),中间体3与中间体2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑反应得到6个未见文献报道的目标化合物肟酯。经元素分析、IR和1 H NMR进行了结构确认。

Different aromatic aldehydes were reacted with hydroxylamine to yield the Benzaldehyde oxime (2) and then the Benzaldelyde oxime ( 2) were reacted with chloroacetyl chloride to yield the chloro-acetyl Benzaldehyde oxime ( 3) .The title compounds were obtained by the reaction of 2-Amino-5-mer-capto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with compandx ( 3) .All the compounds were characterized by their physical constants, elementary analysis,IR and 1 HNMR.
