目的:观察匹多莫德治疗婴幼儿喘息的临床疗效及对婴幼儿免疫功能的影响。方法98例婴幼儿喘息患儿作为观察对象,随机分为两组,其中48例进行常规治疗,作为对照组,50例常规治疗同时联合使用匹多莫德,作为观察组。对两组的治疗效果及免疫学指标进行对比分析。结果观察组在治疗后显效33例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率为96.00%,对照组显效17例,有效18例,无效13例,总有效率为72.92%,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD4+/ CD3+CD8+指数明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后的IgE指数明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论匹多莫德在治疗婴幼儿喘息时有显著疗效,并能更好的保护婴幼儿的机体免疫系统,丰富了临床治疗的手段。

목적:관찰필다막덕치료영유인천식적림상료효급대영유인면역공능적영향。방법98례영유인천식환인작위관찰대상,수궤분위량조,기중48례진행상규치료,작위대조조,50례상규치료동시연합사용필다막덕,작위관찰조。대량조적치료효과급면역학지표진행대비분석。결과관찰조재치료후현효33례,유효15례,무효2례,총유효솔위96.00%,대조조현효17례,유효18례,무효13례,총유효솔위72.92%,관찰조적치료총유효솔명현고우대조조,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조치료후적CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD4+/ CD3+CD8+지수명현고우대조조,관찰조치료후적IgE지수명현저우대조조,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론필다막덕재치료영유인천식시유현저료효,병능경호적보호영유인적궤체면역계통,봉부료림상치료적수단。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of pidotimod in the treatment of infant wheezing and its influence on infant’s immune function.Methods A total of 98 wheezing infants were taken as the observation subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases among them received conventional treatment as control group, and the other 50 cases were given pidotimod combined with conventional treatment as observation group. Clinical effects and immunological indicators were compared and analyzed in the two groups.Results There were 33 cases with excellent effect, 15 effective cases, and 2 ineffective cases in the observation group, with the total effective rate as 96.00%. The control group contained 17 cases with excellent effect, 18 effective cases, and 13 ineffective cases, with the total effective rate as 72.92%. The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had remarkably higher CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+ indicators and lower IgE index than the control group, and the differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Pidotimod provides precise effect in the treatment of infant wheezing with good protection of infant’s immune system. It brings new measure into clinical treatment.
