目的：比较齐拉西酮与喹硫平治疗早期精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法100例精神分裂症患者随机分为齐拉西酮组与喹硫平组，各50例，分别给予齐拉西酮和喹硫平治疗8周，采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果治疗8周后，齐拉西酮组与喹硫平组显效率为84.00%、80.00%，总有效率96.00%、94.00%，疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。齐拉西酮组与喹硫平组的不良反应发生率为18.00%、20.00%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮与喹硫平对早期精神分裂症的疗效相当，不良反应相当。
목적：비교제랍서동여규류평치료조기정신분렬증적료효급불량반응。방법100례정신분렬증환자수궤분위제랍서동조여규류평조，각50례，분별급여제랍서동화규류평치료8주，채용양성증상여음성증상량표(PANSS)화불량반응증상량표(TESS)평정료효급불량반응。결과치료8주후，제랍서동조여규류평조현효솔위84.00%、80.00%，총유효솔96.00%、94.00%，료효차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。제랍서동조여규류평조적불량반응발생솔위18.00%、20.00%，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론제랍서동여규류평대조기정신분렬증적료효상당，불량반응상당。
Objective To compare the curative effects and adverse reactions of ziprasidone and quetiapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into ziprasidone group and quetiapine group, with 50 cases in each group. They received ziprasidone and quetiapine respectively for the 8-week treatment. Positive and negative syndrome scale (PANSS) and treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) were applied to evaluate curative effects and adverse reactions.Results After the treatment for 8 weeks, the excellent effect rates in the ziprasidone group and quetiapine group were respectively 84.00% and 80.00%. Their total effective rates were respectively 96.00% and 94.00%. The difference of curative effects was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The incidences of adverse reactions in the ziprasidone group and quetiapine group were respectively 18.00% and 20.00%, and the difference had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion Ziprasidone has the similar curative effect and adverse reactions as quetiapine in the treatment of early schizophrenia.
