基因工程技术给人类社会和经济的发展带来了无限的希望和财富,但该技术中使用选择标记基因对生态、环境、非靶标生物等可能带来的危害等安全性问题,已倍受人们的关注和成为学者们研究、讨论的热点。文章综述了作为世界主要粮食作物-小麦转基因研究中应用获得无选择标记基因的遗传转化系统的研究现状,重点介绍无标记基因直接转化、基因枪法介导的共转化剔除选择标记基因、利用转座子介导的再定位剔除选择标记基因、位点特异性重组剔除性选择标记基因,并比较了它们的优缺点,展望了获得无选择标记技术的前景。

The genetic engineering technology to the development of human society and the economy has brought infinite hope and wealth, but the technology is used in the selection marker gene to ecological environment, of non-target organisms, such as the possible security problem, has been much focused on and become scholars’ consider and discuss of hot spots.This paper summarizes the main food crops-as the world's wheat applications ob?tain no selection marker genes in transgenic research present situation of the study on genetic transformation system, emphasis on the direct conversion of unselectable marker genes, gene marksmanship mediated co-transformation re?jecting selection marker gene, using transposons mediated the reorientation of rejecting selection marker gene, site specific restructuring rejecting sexual selection marker gene, and compares their advantages and disadvantages, the outlook of looking to the future, we can obtain gain no selection markers.
