目的:探讨复方氨酚烷胺制剂人工牛黄中的胆红素薄层鉴别方法。方法将供试液点于硅胶 G 薄层板上,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰醋酸(10∶1∶0.5)为展开剂展开,晾干,置日光下检视。结果供试品色谱中,在与对照品相应的位置上均显示相同颜色的斑点。253批复方氨酚烷胺制剂中,有1批在与对照品及对照药材色谱相应的位置上,无黄色斑点,未检出胆红素;若采用原标准中人工牛黄鉴别方法对该批样品进行鉴别,呈正反应。结论薄层鉴别法鉴别复方氨酚烷胺制剂人工牛黄中的胆红素重复性好、专属性强,可作为复方氨酚烷胺制剂中人工牛黄的鉴别方法。

목적:탐토복방안분완알제제인공우황중적담홍소박층감별방법。방법장공시액점우규효 G 박층판상,이갑분-을산을지-빙작산(10∶1∶0.5)위전개제전개,량간,치일광하검시。결과공시품색보중,재여대조품상응적위치상균현시상동안색적반점。253비복방안분완알제제중,유1비재여대조품급대조약재색보상응적위치상,무황색반점,미검출담홍소;약채용원표준중인공우황감별방법대해비양품진행감별,정정반응。결론박층감별법감별복방안분완알제제인공우황중적담홍소중복성호、전속성강,가작위복방안분완알제제중인공우황적감별방법。
ObjectiveTo investigate the bilirubin thin-layer chromatography of artificial bezoar in compound acetaminophen alkyl amine preparations.Methods The test liquid was dropped on a silica gel G thin layer plate with methylbenzene-ethyl acetate-glacial acetic acid (10∶1∶0.5) as the developing solvent. It was inspected under sunlight after dried in air.Results The chromatogram of the test liquid contained the same color spots as the reference chromatogram. Among 253 batches of compound acetaminophen alkyl amine preparations, there was 1 batch without yellow spots and no bilirubin on corresponding location of reference substance and reference chromatogram. This sample could show positive reaction under chromatography by primary standard for identifying artificial bezoar.Conclusion Thin-layer chromatography has good repeatability and high specificity for identifying bilirubin in artificial bezoar among compound acetaminophen alkyl amine preparations. It can be used as the identification method for artificial bezoar in compound acetaminophen alkyl amine preparations.
