骨保护素(OPG)是一种可溶性的分泌型糖蛋白,其与骨密度(BMD)有着密切的关系。近几年研究发现OPG基因多态性及其血清浓度与冠状动脉病变、糖尿病、高血压、脑梗死、肿瘤、溃疡性结肠炎等密切相关。本文就有关骨保护素基因多态性及其血清浓度与人类相关疾病的研究进展作一综述。
骨保護素(OPG)是一種可溶性的分泌型糖蛋白,其與骨密度(BMD)有著密切的關繫。近幾年研究髮現OPG基因多態性及其血清濃度與冠狀動脈病變、糖尿病、高血壓、腦梗死、腫瘤、潰瘍性結腸炎等密切相關。本文就有關骨保護素基因多態性及其血清濃度與人類相關疾病的研究進展作一綜述。
골보호소(OPG)시일충가용성적분비형당단백,기여골밀도(BMD)유착밀절적관계。근궤년연구발현OPG기인다태성급기혈청농도여관상동맥병변、당뇨병、고혈압、뇌경사、종류、궤양성결장염등밀절상관。본문취유관골보호소기인다태성급기혈청농도여인류상관질병적연구진전작일종술。
Osteoprotegerin (OPG) is a kind of soluble secreted glycoprotein, which closely related with bone mineral density (BMD). In recent years, the study has found that the serum level of OPG and its gene polymorphism correlated with degree of coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, cerebral infarction, tumor, ulcerative colitis etc. In this paper, we reviewed the relationship of OPG gene polymorphisms and its serum level association with human disease.
