胃癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，发病率在我国肿瘤位于第二位，病死率在我国位于各种恶性肿瘤第三位。目前胃癌仍以手术治疗为主，但术后的高复发率及病死率问题难以解决。腹膜复发转移是胃癌根治术后复发的主要形式。肿瘤标记物常被用来预测预后及观测肿瘤变化，除了血清肿瘤标记物，人们亦对腹腔冲洗液及腹水中肿瘤标记物进行了较为深入的研究。本文综述了近年国内外关于胃癌腹腔冲洗液及腹水肿瘤标记物在临床中的应用。

Gastric carcinoma is one of the most common malignant cancers in the digestive system. Its incidence is the second highest among all tumors in China, and the mortality is the third highest. Currently, gastric carcinoma is mainly treated with operations, however, its high relapse rate and death rate after the operation remains a problem hard to solve. Peritoneum relapse is the main form of relapse after the radical total gastrectomy. Tumor markers are used to make the prognosis and observe the changes of tumors. Besides serum tumor markers, in-depth researches have been carried out on tumor markers in the peritoneal lavage fluid and the ascites. The paper offered a comprehensive review of researches on the clinical adoption of tumor markers in the peritoneal lavage fluid and the ascites for gastric carcinoma.
