目的：探讨严重多发伤患者血清降钙素原（ PCT）、C反应蛋白（ CRP）联合急性生理与慢性健康评分（ APACHEⅡ）对多器官功能障碍综合征（ MODS）的预测价值。方法检测65例我院于2011年1月～2013年5月收治的严重多发伤患者伤后第1、3、5d血清PCT、CRP水平并进行APACHEⅡ评分，按照治疗过程中有无发生MODS，将患者分为非MODS组和MODS组，并与10名健康志愿者对照比较。结果与对照组相比较，严重多发伤患者血清PCT、CRP水平及APACHEⅡ评分在伤后早期明显升高（ P＜0.05）；与非MODS组比较， MODS组各项指标均有显著差异（ P＜0.05）。结论动态监测严重多发伤患者血清PCT、CRP水平及APACHEⅡ评分，能更早地预测MODS的发生。
목적：탐토엄중다발상환자혈청강개소원（ PCT）、C반응단백（ CRP）연합급성생리여만성건강평분（ APACHEⅡ）대다기관공능장애종합정（ MODS）적예측개치。방법검측65례아원우2011년1월～2013년5월수치적엄중다발상환자상후제1、3、5d혈청PCT、CRP수평병진행APACHEⅡ평분，안조치료과정중유무발생MODS，장환자분위비MODS조화MODS조，병여10명건강지원자대조비교。결과여대조조상비교，엄중다발상환자혈청PCT、CRP수평급APACHEⅡ평분재상후조기명현승고（ P＜0.05）；여비MODS조비교， MODS조각항지표균유현저차이（ P＜0.05）。결론동태감측엄중다발상환자혈청PCT、CRP수평급APACHEⅡ평분，능경조지예측MODS적발생。
Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum levels of procalcitonin ( PCT) ,C reative protein ( CRP) and APACHEⅡscores in patients with MODS after severe multiple trauma .Methods A total of 65 patients with multiple trauma treated in our hospital from Jan .2011 to May 2013 were divided into non-MODS group and MODS group.The PCT,CRP and APACHEⅡscores of patients were calculated on the 1st,3rd,5th day after injury and compared with those of ten healthy volunteers .Results Compared with the control group ,the level of PCT,CRP and APACHEⅡscores in patients with multiple trauma increased differently in the early period after inju-ry(P<0.05).The levels of PCT,CRP and APACHEⅡ scores in the MODS group were significantly higher than those in the non-MODS group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of PCT,CRP and APACHEⅡ scores can pre-dict the occurrence of MODS after severe multiple trauma earlier .
