早期疗效的判断对抗肿瘤治疗及患者的预后有重要意义。磁共振弥散加权成像（DWI）作为一种快速成像技术，它无需应用对比剂或示踪剂并以表观弥散系数（ADC）定量分析组织水分子弥散程度的变化。目前，DWI已越来越多地应用于肿瘤疗效的监测和评估并通过ADC值的变化来判断疗效，特别是早期疗效。研究表明多数肿瘤在有效治疗后表现为ADC值的升高，同时，DWI在肿瘤疗效评估中仍然面临着挑战及进一步的发展。

The early response of evaluation is important to anticancer treatments and prognosis of patients. Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) is a technique of magnetic resonance imaging that is quick to perform without the need for administration of exogenous contrast or tracer medium, and enables the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of tissues to be quantified. It is increasingly being used to monitor and assess tumour response to a variety of anticancer treatments by the changes of ADC, especially early response. Studies have shown that ADC increases in effective response to a lot of treatments. Meantime, DWI will be faced with many challenges and further developments in the evaluation of anticancer treatments.
