根据物理学规律并结合西周制轮技术的历史背景，阐释《伐檀》中制造车轮过程与河面三种波浪形成的关系，并从河面波不同形态描述的真实性和合理性，推定《伐檀》的作者应为车轮制造者。根据古代农业与手工业的社会分工和造车业的重要性，说明车辆制造者是无需从事耕作和狩猎的“不素食”者。《伐檀》不是对剥削者不劳而获的讽刺，而是对手工业者劳作和生活的赞美。

First,according to the laws of physics and combined with the historical background of making wheel technology in the Western Zhou Dynasty, the relationship between the manufacturing wheels process and the formation of the three kinds of waves on the river in Fatan is explained,and from the truth and rationality of description of different forms of waves on the river,it is inferred that Fatan authors should be wheel manufacturers.Then,according to ancient social division of labor of agriculture and handicraft in-dustry and the importance of vehicle manufacturing,it is indicated that the vehicle manufacturers are the“not vegetarians”,who are not engaged in farming and hunting.Finally,it is pointed out that Fatan is not satire on unearned exploiters,but praise for labor and life of artisans.
