在高中学校多元发展、特色发展的背景下,许多学校制定了颇具特色的发展策略,但相似的规划却没有得到同步的发展,部分学校仍然默默无闻、步履维艰。执行力和执行文化是各类学校在转型期造成明显差异的主要因素之一。研究对西北师大附中培育执行力的几条信念进行总结,并阐述了该校是如何在教育教学实践中追求卓越的执行力,进而践行“和而不同”的执行文化。

Many high schools have formulated distinctive development strategies in the context of pluralistic and characteristic development of high schools . However , similar formulations do not lead to synchronous development and some schools still got struck in frustration and difficulty . The author claims that the executive ability and executive culture are the main factors contributing to the significant differences among various types of schools in the transitional period . Taking the author's basic understanding of the educational development as the starting point , this paper makes a summary of the convictions of the High School Attached to Northwest Normal University in cultivating the executive ability , and then makes elaboration on how this school pursues excellent executive ability in teaching practices , thus practicing the executive culture of “harmony in diversity” .
