通过对我国中小学教师课程权力现状透视,对教师课程参与过程中出现的权力缺失、虚无、落空等异化现象进行了剖析。通过对教师与课程应然关系的解析,提出了要实现教师课程权力的根本转型,不仅要求教师在课程理念、课程角色、课程领导力等方面作出艰苦的调整,更需要教育决策部门对现有课程管理体制的自觉调整,以使被剥夺了的教师的课程主体地位和课程领导权力有发挥和发展的空间。

This article makes an overview of the current situation of teachers'curriculum power in primary and secondary schools in our country , and presents a detailed analysis of such alienation phenomena as the lack of power , nihility of power , and falling through of power in teachers'involvement in curriculum . Through making an analysis of the relationship that ought to exist between the teacher and the curriculum , the article puts forwards the following suggestions for the fundamental transformation in realizing teachers'curriculum power :teachers should make adjustments in their concepts of curriculum , their role in curriculum , and their curriculum leadership ; the education decisions‐making departments should improve the curriculum administrative system to leave some space for teachers'to exert and develop their roles of the curriculum subject and curriculum leadership .
