新中国成立60多年来,真正教育家的历史缺场是一个令人遗憾的教育现实。从20世纪上半叶的中国教育发展来看,教育家的历史出场特点可以总结为教育情怀、哲学思想、勤勉实践和独特贡献四个方面的共性。当前,“准教育家”们必须牢牢把握全面建设小康社会的时代背景,在“办好人民满意的教育”之时代要求下,在追求中国教育梦的实践活动中续写教育家不断涌现的辉煌群谱。
新中國成立60多年來,真正教育傢的歷史缺場是一箇令人遺憾的教育現實。從20世紀上半葉的中國教育髮展來看,教育傢的歷史齣場特點可以總結為教育情懷、哲學思想、勤勉實踐和獨特貢獻四箇方麵的共性。噹前,“準教育傢”們必鬚牢牢把握全麵建設小康社會的時代揹景,在“辦好人民滿意的教育”之時代要求下,在追求中國教育夢的實踐活動中續寫教育傢不斷湧現的輝煌群譜。

In the 60 years of new China , the absence of real educators in the our historical arena is a regrettable education reality . In reviewing the educational development in China in the first half of the 20th century , we can find out the four common characteristics of the making of educators:their dedication to education , innovative educational philosophy , diligent educational practice , and unique contribution . At present , to become true “educators ” , “quasi‐educators” “must firmly take the advantage of the historical moment of building a well‐off society in an all‐round way , and try to provide “satisfactory education for people” “so as to pursue educational dreams of China .
