目的：调查A型性格高血压患者抑郁状况并分析其影响因素，为A型性格高血压患者抑郁情况进行干预措施提供参考。方法本研究自2012年10月起应用A型性格量表在本院心内科、老年科和呼吸科筛选出140位高血压A型性格患者，用一般资料调查表、抑郁自评量表、医学应对问卷和社会支持评定量表收集资料。结果抑郁自评量表显示，有125例患者（89.28%）有不同程度的抑郁；医学应对方式相比于国内常模较低；社会支持得分低于正常人；抑郁状况与应对方式的面对、回避和屈服均呈正相关，与客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总分均呈负相关。结论 A型性格高血压患者的抑郁倾向较高，应该受到临床护理的重视。
목적：조사A형성격고혈압환자억욱상황병분석기영향인소，위A형성격고혈압환자억욱정황진행간예조시제공삼고。방법본연구자2012년10월기응용A형성격량표재본원심내과、노년과화호흡과사선출140위고혈압A형성격환자，용일반자료조사표、억욱자평량표、의학응대문권화사회지지평정량표수집자료。결과억욱자평량표현시，유125례환자（89.28%）유불동정도적억욱；의학응대방식상비우국내상모교저；사회지지득분저우정상인；억욱상황여응대방식적면대、회피화굴복균정정상관，여객관지지、주관지지、사회지지총분균정부상관。결론 A형성격고혈압환자적억욱경향교고，응해수도림상호리적중시。
Objective To survey depression in hypertensive patient with type A personality and analyze the causes, thus references are provided for intervention treatment in depression.Methods Since October 2012, 140 hypertensive patients with type A personality from department of cardiology, geriatrics and respiratory in our hospital have been accessed with type A personality scale, including general information questionnaire, self–rating depression scale, medical coping questionnaire, and social support rating scale.Results The self-rating depression scale shows that 125 of 140 patients (i.e. 89.28%) have depression, and the degree vary; The medical coping style were lower than domestic norms; The social support score were lower than normal people; Depression was positively correlated to confrontation, avoidance and surrender of the coping style, but negatively correlated to scores of objective, subjective and social support.Conclusion The hypertensive patients with type A personality have higher tendency of depression, which means they should be paid more attention in clinical nursing.
