目的：探讨血清C反应蛋白（CRP）水平与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)的关系。方法选择30例经多导睡眠图监测（PSG）诊断为OSAS的患者作为观察组（OSAS组），并根据呼吸暂停低通气指数（AHI）分为轻、中、重度3组，20例经多导睡眠图监测正常者作为对照组，分别测定并比较2组血浆CRP水平。结果 OSAS组与对照组比较，OSAS组CRP水平显著增高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。单因素方差分析，3组CRP水平不全相同。OSA轻、重组的CRP差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 OSAS患者血清CRP水平较高，且血清CRP水平与OSAS严重程度相关。
목적：탐토혈청C반응단백（CRP）수평여조새성수면호흡잠정종합정(OSAS)적관계。방법선택30례경다도수면도감측（PSG）진단위OSAS적환자작위관찰조（OSAS조），병근거호흡잠정저통기지수（AHI）분위경、중、중도3조，20례경다도수면도감측정상자작위대조조，분별측정병비교2조혈장CRP수평。결과 OSAS조여대조조비교，OSAS조CRP수평현저증고，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。단인소방차분석，3조CRP수평불전상동。OSA경、중조적CRP차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론 OSAS환자혈청CRP수평교고，차혈청CRP수평여OSAS엄중정도상관。
Objective To discuss the relationship between serum C-reactive protein and OSAS.Methods 30 patients which were diagnosed Obstructive sleep apnea by polysomnography (PSG) were observation group, and were divided into mild,moderate and severe degrees in accordance with apnea-hypopnea index(AHI). 20 cases monitored by polysomnography normal were control group,The plasma C-reactive protein of both groups were measured and compared respectively.Results The level of CRP in OSAS group was higher than control group ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Among mild,moderate,severe groups of OSAS,the level of CRP increase gradually,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion OSAS patients compared with the control group, serum CRP levels is higher,and serum CRPlevels is related to the severity of OSAS.
