清初章回体小说以宋金对峙为历史背景的主要有《后水浒传》《水浒后传》《续金瓶梅》等，它们均为续书。其中，《续金瓶梅》较具代表性，主要表现在：以金兵的残暴影射清兵的屠城，以北宋的灭亡观照明朝的灭亡，以金代流人暗喻清初宁古塔流放等。这些影射、观照与暗喻都是作者遗民意识的表现。
청초장회체소설이송금대치위역사배경적주요유《후수호전》《수호후전》《속금병매》등，타문균위속서。기중，《속금병매》교구대표성，주요표현재：이금병적잔폭영사청병적도성，이북송적멸망관조명조적멸망，이금대류인암유청초저고탑류방등。저사영사、관조여암유도시작자유민의식적표현。
The chaptered novels with a historical background of the confrontation between Song and Jin ap-peared in the beginning of the Qing Dynasty are mainly Houshuihu Chuan,Shuihuhou Chuan,Continued Jin Ping Mei,etc,which are all continued books. Continued Jin Ping Mei is a representative novel in that it de-scribes the brutal soldiers in the Jin Dynasty to insinuate the massacre of the soldiers in the early Qing Dynasty, it talks about the demise of the North Song Dynasty to indicate that of the Ming Dynasty and it describes the ban-ishment in the Jin Dynasty to refer to that to Ningguta in the early Qing Dynasty. The insinuation,indication and reference are all proofs of the author's adherent awareness.
