从语用角度看，话语修辞谋划指实际言语交际之前对整个会话过程的预想和规划，有助于言语行为的顺利实现。对《战国策·赵策》中《赵太后新用事》篇的语用分析显示，话语修辞谋划包含五个方面的内容：明确交际目的，考虑现实语境，寻找切入角度，选择表达方式，主导话题推进等。

From the pragmatic perspective,rhetorical discourse planning refers to the thought and planning on the whole session before actual verbal communication,which is helpful to realize the speech acts. Pragmatic analysis On"Chu-Long Persuading Zhao,the Empress Dowager" in"Strategies of the Warring States" reveals at least five main aspects in rhetorical discourse planning:defining the communicative purpose;taking the realistic context into consideration;looking for the starting perspective;choosing the best way of expression;possessing dominant place in topic progression,etc.
