目的：观察前列地尔联合羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病肾病患者血清抵抗素、脂联素及胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）水平的影响。方法将218例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各109例，观察组患者给予前列地尔联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗，对照组仅给予羟苯磺酸钙治疗，均治疗12周，比较2组疗效差异及治疗前后血清抵抗素、脂联素及IGF-1水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.33％高于对照组64.22％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。治疗前2组患者血清抵抗素、脂联素及IGF-1水平均相近，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。治疗后2组患者各血清指标均有不同程度下降，且观察组降幅大于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论前列地尔联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病具有较好的临床疗效，并显著降低血清抵抗素、脂联素及IGF-1水平。
목적：관찰전렬지이연합간분광산개대당뇨병신병환자혈청저항소、지련소급이도소양생장인자-1（IGF-1）수평적영향。방법장218례당뇨병신병환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각109례，관찰조환자급여전렬지이연합간분광산개치료，대조조부급여간분광산개치료，균치료12주，비교2조료효차이급치료전후혈청저항소、지련소급IGF-1수평변화。결과관찰조치료총유효솔96.33％고우대조조64.22％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。치료전2조환자혈청저항소、지련소급IGF-1수평균상근，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。치료후2조환자각혈청지표균유불동정도하강，차관찰조강폭대우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론전렬지이연합간분광산개치료당뇨병신병구유교호적림상료효，병현저강저혈청저항소、지련소급IGF-1수평。
Objective To observe the effects of alprostadil combined with calcium dobesilate on serum resistin,adi-ponectin and IGF-1 levels of patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 208 patients diabetic nephropathy were randomly devided into observation group and control group,each of 109 cases. The observation group was treated by alprostadil combined with calcium dobesilate,while the control group was treated by calcium dobesilate. Two groups of patients were treated for 12 weeks,and then compared serum resistin,diponectin and IGF-1 level between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96. 33%)was higher than that of the control group(64. 22%),the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0. 05). Before the treatment,the levels of serum resistin,diponectin and IGF-1 of two groups were similar,the differ-ence was not statistically significant(P<0. 05). After treatment,the serum indexes of two groups all decreased,and the de-crease of observation group was greater than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclu-sion Alprostadil combined with calcium dobesilate on diabetic nephropathy has good effect,and reduce the serum levels of re-sistin,adiponectin and IGF-1 level significantly.
