目的：分析冠心病心绞痛患者血清TNF-α、BNP和IL-18水平的相关性。方法选取冠心病心绞痛患者102例作为观察组，另选取体检中心健康者102例作为对照组，采用酶联免疫夹心法（ ELISA）分别检测肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、脑利钠肽（BNP）和白细胞介素-18（IL-18）水平。结果观察组血清TNF-α、BNP和IL-18水平均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；TNF-α水平分别与BNP和IL-18呈正相关（ r＝0.689，r＝0.728，P均＜0.05），BNP水平与IL-18水平亦呈明显正相关（ r＝0.835，P＜0.05）。结论临床上可将联合检测TNF-α、BNP和IL-18三项水平作为冠心病心绞痛的辅助诊断指标。
목적：분석관심병심교통환자혈청TNF-α、BNP화IL-18수평적상관성。방법선취관심병심교통환자102례작위관찰조，령선취체검중심건강자102례작위대조조，채용매련면역협심법（ ELISA）분별검측종류배사인자-α（TNF-α）、뇌리납태（BNP）화백세포개소-18（IL-18）수평。결과관찰조혈청TNF-α、BNP화IL-18수평균현저고우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05혹P＜0.01）；TNF-α수평분별여BNP화IL-18정정상관（ r＝0.689，r＝0.728，P균＜0.05），BNP수평여IL-18수평역정명현정상관（ r＝0.835，P＜0.05）。결론림상상가장연합검측TNF-α、BNP화IL-18삼항수평작위관심병심교통적보조진단지표。
Objective To analyse the correlation between serum TNF-α、BNP and IL-18 with angina pectoris of coro-nary heart disease. Methods 102 cases of patients who was diagnosed with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were se-lected as observation group,and choose102 cases of healthy people as control group. The level of serum TNF-α、BNP and IL-18 was detected by the method of ELISA. Results the level of serum TNF-α、BNP and IL-18 of observation group were higher than control group(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01);The TNF-αlevel had positive relationship with both BNP and IL-18(r=0. 689,r=0. 728,P<0. 05),and BNP level had apparent positive relationship with IL-18(r=0. 835,P<0. 05). Conclusion Serum TNF-α、BNP and IL-18 have positive relationship with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can be used in the diag-nosis.
