对于框架—剪力墙结构,框架所承担的倾覆力矩百分比的大小对结构的抗震性能有一定的影响。建立了5个框架倾覆力矩百分比不同的框架—剪力墙模型,采用Perform-3D程序对各个模型进行地震前和地震后的静力弹塑性分析,研究其对结构抗震性能的影响。模型弹塑性时程分析层间位移角、Ghobarah指标等计算结果表明随着结构的框架倾覆弯矩比例的增加,结构在遭遇地震之后损伤就越大,说明框架的倾覆弯矩比例越高,对整个结构的抗震性能越不利。
對于框架—剪力牆結構,框架所承擔的傾覆力矩百分比的大小對結構的抗震性能有一定的影響。建立瞭5箇框架傾覆力矩百分比不同的框架—剪力牆模型,採用Perform-3D程序對各箇模型進行地震前和地震後的靜力彈塑性分析,研究其對結構抗震性能的影響。模型彈塑性時程分析層間位移角、Ghobarah指標等計算結果錶明隨著結構的框架傾覆彎矩比例的增加,結構在遭遇地震之後損傷就越大,說明框架的傾覆彎矩比例越高,對整箇結構的抗震性能越不利。

For frame-shear wall structures , the proportion of overturning moment which is assumed by frame could has a certain impact on the seismic performance of structures .In this paper , 5 frame-shear wall structure models , with different proportion of frame overturning moment , were established .And the pre-earth-quake and post -earthquake pushover analysis on each model was conducted using Perform -3 D ( Nonlinear a-nalysis and performance assessment for 3D structure), to investigate its effect on structures'seismic performance. The computing results of inter story drift , Ghobarah indicator , etc.show that with the increase of the overturning moment ratio , structures'damage will be greater after earthquake .
