目的：观察血塞通治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法将150例冠心病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各75例。对照组给予丹参注射液治疗，试验组给予注射用血塞通治疗，对2组临床症状和静息心电图的治疗总有效率进行比较。结果试验组临床治疗的总有效率为85.33％明显高于对照组的61.33％，静息心电图的总有效率为74.67％明显高于对照组的46.67％，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。试验组出现少量皮疹1例，给予口服赛庚啶治疗后皮疹消失，未影响治疗，未出现肝肾功能损害；对照组未出现不良反应。结论注射用血塞通治疗冠心病效果明显，且未显著增加不良反应发生率，可在临床推广应用。
목적：관찰혈새통치료관심병적림상효과。방법장150례관심병환자수궤분위시험조화대조조각75례。대조조급여단삼주사액치료，시험조급여주사용혈새통치료，대2조림상증상화정식심전도적치료총유효솔진행비교。결과시험조림상치료적총유효솔위85.33％명현고우대조조적61.33％，정식심전도적총유효솔위74.67％명현고우대조조적46.67％，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。시험조출현소량피진1례，급여구복새경정치료후피진소실，미영향치료，미출현간신공능손해；대조조미출현불량반응。결론주사용혈새통치료관심병효과명현，차미현저증가불량반응발생솔，가재림상추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical observation of injection xuesetong in the treatment of coronary heart dis-ease. Methods 150 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 75 cases. Control group received danshen injection,experimental group received injections xuesetong. Compared the to-tal effective rate of clinical symptoms and the resting ECG of two groups. Results The clinical treatment total effective rate of experimental group was 85. 33% significantly higher than 61. 33% of congtrol group;The resting electrocardiogram total effec-tive rate of experimental group was 74. 67% significantly higher than 46. 67% of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Experimental group showed a small amount of skin rash 1 case,after giving oral cyproheptadine treat-ment,the rash disappeared,didn't affect the treatment,liver and kidney dysfunction didn't appear;adverse reaction didn't occur in control group. Conclusion The effect of injection xuesetong in treatment of coronary heart disease is obvious,and has not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions,should be applied clinically.
