传统的法学研究生课堂教学存在教师主体的单一导致知识来源的单一性,从而最终导致知识传授与接受的封闭性问题,严重制约了法学人才的培养质量。双师同堂协同教学模式通过再引入一个具有其他知识背景的教师组成双师,展开协同教学有助于丰富知识的来源以及实现知识间的深度衔接,它体现的是一种“协同”理念。已经进行的探索基本达到了预期效果,但也有一些问题,如:学生的参与深度不够、双师的衔接不顺畅等,正视这些问题,有助于进一步完善该模式。

The traditional graduate programs, mainly lectured by on-campus teachers, resulted in one-way instructions, closed teaching and learning that seriously degraded the quality of human capacity-building in the realms of law. This study presents the coordinated mode of double-teacher instructions through introducing a special teacher to enrich the learning sources and actualize the indepth learning connections. Exploratory evidence showed that it worked efficiently in practice while further issues need to be resolved such as students’ initiative of engagement and teachers coordination.
