目的：观察常规疗法配合中医情志护理治疗绝经期前后颈椎病患者的临床疗效。方法观察组为2014年2月至5月我科开展优质护理以来住院及门诊38位绝经期前后颈椎病患者，采用普通颈椎牵引、穴位贴服常规治疗，配合中医情志护理；对照组为2013年2月至5月住院及门诊患者38例，采用普通颈椎牵引、穴位贴服常规治疗。两周后比较两组颈肩疼痛VAS视觉疼痛评分及颈椎病临床治疗疗效。结果治疗两周后，两组VAS视觉疼痛评分比较观察组改善明显，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。两组疗效比较，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论中医情志护理对绝经期前后颈椎病患者的治疗具有积极的作用。
목적：관찰상규요법배합중의정지호리치료절경기전후경추병환자적림상료효。방법관찰조위2014년2월지5월아과개전우질호리이래주원급문진38위절경기전후경추병환자，채용보통경추견인、혈위첩복상규치료，배합중의정지호리；대조조위2013년2월지5월주원급문진환자38례，채용보통경추견인、혈위첩복상규치료。량주후비교량조경견동통VAS시각동통평분급경추병림상치료료효。결과치료량주후，량조VAS시각동통평분비교관찰조개선명현，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。량조료효비교，관찰조우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론중의정지호리대절경기전후경추병환자적치료구유적겁적작용。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of conventional therapy combined with TCM mental nursing on the cervical spondylosis patients before and after menopausal. Methods The observation group was 38 menopausal inpatients and outpatients with cervical spondylosis since our department develops high-quality nursing during February to May in 2014,using common acupoint service routine treatment,treatment with TCM mental nursing;the control group was 38 cases from February to May in 2013,only using common cervical traction,acupoint treatment. After two weeks,we compared two groups of neck and shoul-der pain VAS score and the clinical curative effect of cervical vertebra disease. Results After two weeks treatment,the two groups before and after the VAS visual analog scale treatment,the observation group improved significantly(P<0. 05). To compare the effects of two groups,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion TCM mental nursing has positive effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients before and after menopause.
