目的：探讨唑来膦酸注射液(ZOL)治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)骨质疏松患者的临床疗效。方法选择在我院内分泌科住院治疗的55例2型糖尿病骨质疏松患者，给予唑来膦酸注射液治疗12个月后，对比治疗前后腰椎L1-4、股骨颈、股骨大转子、华氏三角区的骨密度( BMD)及治疗前后血清中血钙、血磷、骨钙素( BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶( B-ALP)，测定治疗前后骨痛症状评分。结果 ZOL联合钙尔奇D治疗12个月后，腰椎L1-4、股骨颈、股骨大转子、华氏三角区的BMD均较前明显升高，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)；BGP较前明显升高，差异有统计学意义( P<0．05)；B-ALP较治疗前明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；血钙、血磷保持平稳，差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)；骨痛症状评分明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论唑来膦酸注射液(ZOL)治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)骨质疏松患者疗效确切，值得推广。
목적：탐토서래련산주사액(ZOL)치료2형당뇨병(T2DM)골질소송환자적림상료효。방법선택재아원내분비과주원치료적55례2형당뇨병골질소송환자，급여서래련산주사액치료12개월후，대비치료전후요추L1-4、고골경、고골대전자、화씨삼각구적골밀도( BMD)급치료전후혈청중혈개、혈린、골개소( BGP)、골특이성감성린산매( B-ALP)，측정치료전후골통증상평분。결과 ZOL연합개이기D치료12개월후，요추L1-4、고골경、고골대전자、화씨삼각구적BMD균교전명현승고，차이유통계학의의( P<0．05)；BGP교전명현승고，차이유통계학의의( P<0．05)；B-ALP교치료전명현강저，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)；혈개、혈린보지평은，차이무통계학의의(P>0．05)；골통증상평분명현개선，차이유통계학의의(P<0．05)。결론서래련산주사액(ZOL)치료2형당뇨병(T2DM)골질소송환자료효학절，치득추엄。
Objective To exploring the clinical effect of zoledronic acid( ZOL) treating type 2 diabetic patients with oste-oporosis. Methods Radomly choosing 55 type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis in endocrinology department in mianyang cen-tral hospital who were treated by zoledronic acid. To compare the changes of BMD( lumbar spine,femoral neck,femoral greater tro-chanter,faherenheit triangle)、blood Ca、blood P、BGP、B-ALP,Checking the bone syndrome. Results BMD of lumbar spine,fem-oral neck,femoral greater trochanter,faherenheit triangle increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05),the level of BGP increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05),the level of BGP discreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05),the levels of blood Ca and blood P had no change,the difference wasn’t statistically significant(P>0. 05), The bone syndrome changed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Zoledronic acid treating type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis has good effect which is worth promoting.
