目的：观察不同容量小水囊对足月妊娠促宫颈成熟的临床疗效。方法：选取120例我院收治的足月妊娠、宫颈不成熟且有需要引产的孕妇，将其分为 A 组、B 组和 C 组，采取容量分别为30mL、80mL、150mL 无菌且装有浓度为0.9％的氯化钠溶液的小水囊以促宫颈成熟。观察并比较三组孕妇的临床疗效。结果：B、C 组孕妇的促宫颈成熟有效率、引产后宫颈评分均优于 A 组（P ＜0.05）；三组产妇产后出血量、新生儿窒息率及体重无明显差异（P ＞0.05）；A、B 两组产妇的脐带脱垂状况明显优于 C 组（P ＜0.05）。结论：不同容量小水囊对足月妊娠促宫颈成熟均有一定效果，而最佳容量为80mL 或150mL，可作为临床的首选方式。
목적：관찰불동용량소수낭대족월임신촉궁경성숙적림상료효。방법：선취120례아원수치적족월임신、궁경불성숙차유수요인산적잉부，장기분위 A 조、B 조화 C 조，채취용량분별위30mL、80mL、150mL 무균차장유농도위0.9％적록화납용액적소수낭이촉궁경성숙。관찰병비교삼조잉부적림상료효。결과：B、C 조잉부적촉궁경성숙유효솔、인산후궁경평분균우우 A 조（P ＜0.05）；삼조산부산후출혈량、신생인질식솔급체중무명현차이（P ＞0.05）；A、B 량조산부적제대탈수상황명현우우 C 조（P ＜0.05）。결론：불동용량소수낭대족월임신촉궁경성숙균유일정효과，이최가용량위80mL 혹150mL，가작위림상적수선방식。
Objectives:To observe the curative effect of small water sac of different capacity on the cervical maturity of full -term pregnancy.Methods:120 cervical immature women of full -term pregnancy that need to in-duction of labor were divided into group A,group B and group C.The three groups were provided with small water sacs of 30ml,80ml,150ml respectively,with sterile and 0.9% sodium chloride solution to promote cervical maturi-ty.The clinical efficacy of the three groups was observed and compared.Results:The efficiency and cervical mucus scores after induction of labor of group B and C was better than that of group A (P <0.05);The maternal postpar-tum bleeding,neonatal asphyxia rate and body weight of the three groups were of no significant difference (P >0.05);The condition of prolapse of cord in group A and B were significantly better than that in group C (P <0.05).Conclusion:Small sac of different capacity has a certain effect on promoting cervical maturity in full -term pregnancy,especially those of 80ml or 150ml,which are most preferred.
