目的：观察苍柏湿毒清及其拆方对解脲支原体感染 BALB／c 小鼠血清 IL －2的影响。方法：采用苯甲酸雌二醇预处理，将解脲支原体血清4型菌液接种于 BALB／c 小鼠阴道，给予苍柏湿毒清低剂量、高剂量及其拆方预防性、治疗性干预，采用 ELASA 法检测小鼠血清 IL －2水平。结果：苍柏湿毒清低剂量中药预防组提高血清 IL －2水平高于其他各组（P ＜0．05）；中药预防组、中药治疗组提高血清 IL －2水平均高于模型组（P ＜0．05）。清热解毒组、健脾利湿组提高血清 IL －2值高于正常组（P ＜0．05），但与模型组差异不显著（P ＞0．05）。结论：苍柏湿毒清在预防、治疗解脲支原体感染疾病方面均有作用；全方组优于拆方组。可能是通过清热解毒、健脾利湿药物提高血清 IL －2水平进行免疫调节。
목적：관찰창백습독청급기탁방대해뇨지원체감염 BALB／c 소서혈청 IL －2적영향。방법：채용분갑산자이순예처리，장해뇨지원체혈청4형균액접충우 BALB／c 소서음도，급여창백습독청저제량、고제량급기탁방예방성、치료성간예，채용 ELASA 법검측소서혈청 IL －2수평。결과：창백습독청저제량중약예방조제고혈청 IL －2수평고우기타각조（P ＜0．05）；중약예방조、중약치료조제고혈청 IL －2수평균고우모형조（P ＜0．05）。청열해독조、건비리습조제고혈청 IL －2치고우정상조（P ＜0．05），단여모형조차이불현저（P ＞0．05）。결론：창백습독청재예방、치료해뇨지원체감염질병방면균유작용；전방조우우탁방조。가능시통과청열해독、건비리습약물제고혈청 IL －2수평진행면역조절。
Objectives:To explore the effect of Cangbaishiduqing and that of its subdivisions on serum IL -2 level of BALB/c mice infected by Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu).Method:Pretreated by estradiol benzoate,fe-male BALB/c mice were infected by UU.Prevented and treated by low dose,high dose of Cangbaishiduqing and its subdivisions.ELISA method was used to test the level of serum IL -2.Results:The serum IL -2 level of the pre-vented low dose of Cangbaishiduqing was significantly higher than the other groups (P <0.05).The serum IL -2 level of prevented groups and treated groups were higher than the model groups (P <0.05).The serum IL -2 level of group J (the clearing heat and detoxifcation group)and group K (the nourishing spleen and eliminating dampness group)were significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.05),but without significant difference from that of the model group.Conclusions:Cangbaishiduqing is effective in the prevention and treatment of infection caused by Uu,with better effect for the Cangbaishiduqing group than the subdivisions group.The medicine,through clearing heat and detoxifcation and nourishing spleen,may improve the level of serum IL -2 to activate the immune system.
