患者阴茎红斑、糜烂半年余。皮肤科情况：阴茎背侧包皮内板可见一直径约1.5～2.0cm 大小不规则红斑，微隆起，，边界清，触之有浸润感，表面轻度糜烂，初步诊断为浆细胞性包皮龟头炎。给予雷公藤多甙、艾洛松等治疗未见明显好转，持续两年后复诊皮疹有增大趋势，转至泌尿外科行阴茎部分切除术，皮损组织病理示：增殖性红斑恶变伴浸润。诊断：增殖性红斑－鳞状细胞癌。术后伤口愈合良好。
환자음경홍반、미란반년여。피부과정황：음경배측포피내판가견일직경약1.5～2.0cm 대소불규칙홍반，미륭기，，변계청，촉지유침윤감，표면경도미란，초보진단위장세포성포피구두염。급여뢰공등다대、애락송등치료미견명현호전，지속량년후복진피진유증대추세，전지비뇨외과행음경부분절제술，피손조직병리시：증식성홍반악변반침윤。진단：증식성홍반－린상세포암。술후상구유합량호。
The case involved a 57 -year -old man who had developed an erythematous with erosion on his penis for 6 months.On the aspect of dermatological examination,an area of anabrosis,measuring 1.5 ×2.0cm, was observed on the back side of prepuce,with a little effusion and slightly apophysis on it.The first -stage diagno-sis was plasma -cell balanoposthitis.Tripterygium glycosides and Eloson Cream treatment were applied without any effective outcomes.The lesions had a tendency to increase after two years.At last,the patient was given the penis partial excision at department of urology.The skin biopsy from specimen revealed Erythroplasia of Queyrat,which was consistent with squamous cell cancer.The wound healed well after the surgery.
