目的：观察盐酸舍曲林、复方玄驹胶囊配合早泄训练疗法治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法：将55例符合诊断标准的早泄患者给予盐酸舍曲林联合复方玄驹胶囊口服治疗，同时进行早泄训练，疗程为1个月，治疗前后进行 CIPE、IELT 和双方性满意度的评估，并进行统计学分析。结果：实际治疗了50例，脱落5例，在 CIPE 评分、IELT 评分、双方的性生活满意度评分中，治疗前后比较，P ＜0．01，差异均有统计学意义。结论：盐酸舍曲林联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗并配合早泄训练能明显改善早泄患者的性生活质量。
目的：觀察鹽痠捨麯林、複方玄駒膠囊配閤早洩訓練療法治療早洩的臨床療效。方法：將55例符閤診斷標準的早洩患者給予鹽痠捨麯林聯閤複方玄駒膠囊口服治療，同時進行早洩訓練，療程為1箇月，治療前後進行 CIPE、IELT 和雙方性滿意度的評估，併進行統計學分析。結果：實際治療瞭50例，脫落5例，在 CIPE 評分、IELT 評分、雙方的性生活滿意度評分中，治療前後比較，P ＜0．01，差異均有統計學意義。結論：鹽痠捨麯林聯閤複方玄駒膠囊治療併配閤早洩訓練能明顯改善早洩患者的性生活質量。
목적：관찰염산사곡림、복방현구효낭배합조설훈련요법치료조설적림상료효。방법：장55례부합진단표준적조설환자급여염산사곡림연합복방현구효낭구복치료，동시진행조설훈련，료정위1개월，치료전후진행 CIPE、IELT 화쌍방성만의도적평고，병진행통계학분석。결과：실제치료료50례，탈락5례，재 CIPE 평분、IELT 평분、쌍방적성생활만의도평분중，치료전후비교，P ＜0．01，차이균유통계학의의。결론：염산사곡림연합복방현구효낭치료병배합조설훈련능명현개선조설환자적성생활질량。
Objectives:To explore the clinical curative effect of sertraline hydrochloride compound XuanJu capsule and premature ejaculation training in treating premature ejaculation.Methods:55 patients whose diagnoses were standard premature ejaculation were given joint compound XuanJu sertraline hydrochloride capsule orally,as well as premature ejaculation training at the same time for 1 month.The CIPE,IELT and sexual satisfaction both before and after treatment were evaluated and statistical analysis was conducted.Results:50 cases were successfully treated and 5 cases failed.In terms of CIPE,IELT score and the sexual satisfaction ratings,statistically significant difference between before and after treatment was found,P <0.01.Conclusion:Joint compound XuanJu sertraline hydrochloride capsules and premature ejaculation training can significantly improve the sex life quality of patients with premature ejaculation.
