目的：探讨超敏 C 反应蛋白与糖类抗原125检测对子宫内膜癌的诊断价值及预后的相关性。方法：选择2012年6月至2014年6月我院接诊的50例子宫内膜癌患者进行研究，将其作为观察组。对照组选取50例正常患者。回顾性分析与比较两组患者的超敏 C 反应蛋白与糖类抗原125的含量以及阳性率。结果：术前，观察组的超敏 C 反应蛋白的含量多于对照组，二者相比有统计学差异（t ＝9.8663，P ＜0.0001）；观察组术前的糖类抗原125的含量多于对照组，二者相比有统计学差异（t ＝6.9395，P ＜0.0001）；观察组与对照组的超敏 C 反应蛋白阳性分别为56.00％与0.00％，二者相比有统计学差异（χ2＝38.8889， P ＜0.0001）；观察组的糖类抗原125阳性、超敏 C 反应蛋白与糖类抗原125阳性比例均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。术后，观察组的超敏 C 反应蛋白的比例、超敏 C 反应蛋白与糖类抗原125阳性的比例与对照组相比无统计学差异（P ＞0.05）。结论：超敏 C 反应蛋白与糖类抗原125检测对子宫内膜癌具有较高的诊断价值，并能对患者的预后提供参考。
목적：탐토초민 C 반응단백여당류항원125검측대자궁내막암적진단개치급예후적상관성。방법：선택2012년6월지2014년6월아원접진적50례자궁내막암환자진행연구，장기작위관찰조。대조조선취50례정상환자。회고성분석여비교량조환자적초민 C 반응단백여당류항원125적함량이급양성솔。결과：술전，관찰조적초민 C 반응단백적함량다우대조조，이자상비유통계학차이（t ＝9.8663，P ＜0.0001）；관찰조술전적당류항원125적함량다우대조조，이자상비유통계학차이（t ＝6.9395，P ＜0.0001）；관찰조여대조조적초민 C 반응단백양성분별위56.00％여0.00％，이자상비유통계학차이（χ2＝38.8889， P ＜0.0001）；관찰조적당류항원125양성、초민 C 반응단백여당류항원125양성비례균고우대조조（P ＜0.05）。술후，관찰조적초민 C 반응단백적비례、초민 C 반응단백여당류항원125양성적비례여대조조상비무통계학차이（P ＞0.05）。결론：초민 C 반응단백여당류항원125검측대자궁내막암구유교고적진단개치，병능대환자적예후제공삼고。
Objectives:To investigate the correlation of high -sensitivity C -reactive protein and carbohy-drate antigen 125 on the diagnostic value and prognosis of endometrial cancer.Methods:50 patients with endome-trial cancer from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were researched and regarded as observation groups.Con-trol group were 50 normal people.The content and positive rates of C -reactive protein and carbohydrate antigen 125 in the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,the high -sensitivity C -reactive protein levels in observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference (t =9.8663,P <0.0001);the carbohydrate antigen content in observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference (t =6.9395,P <0.0001);the positive rate of hypersensitive C -reactive protein in observa-tion group and control group were 56.00% and 0.00% respectively,with statistically significant difference (χ2 =38.8889,P <0.0001);the positive rate of carbohydrate antigen 125 and high -sensitivity C -reactive protein in observation group were of no significant difference from that of the control group (P <0.05).After treatment,the percentage of high -sensitivity C -reactive protein,high -sensitivity C -reactive protein with carbohydrate antigen-positive 125 of observation group had no statistically significant difference compared with the control group (P >0.05).Conclusions:The high -sensitivity C -reactive protein and carbohydrate antigen 125 test has a high diag-nostic value of endometrial cancer,acting a reference for the prognosis of patients.
