基层检察教育培训是一项先导性、基础性工作，面对的是全体基层检察人员，关系到检察机关人才的储备和成长，直接影响检察事业的科学发展。湖北省嘉鱼县检察院近年来在省内中等规模基层院中率先推行“大部制”改革，将原有15个内设机构整合为七个部，并以此为架构探索建立全新的适应新需要的基层检察院教育培训机制。

기층검찰교육배훈시일항선도성、기출성공작，면대적시전체기층검찰인원，관계도검찰궤관인재적저비화성장，직접영향검찰사업적과학발전。호북성가어현검찰원근년래재성내중등규모기층원중솔선추행“대부제”개혁，장원유15개내설궤구정합위칠개부，병이차위가구탐색건립전신적괄응신수요적기층검찰원교육배훈궤제。
