目前经济管理类专业课程的设置及教学过程存在着诸多问题，学生毕业后不能适应市场和岗位的需求，因此需要进行以就业为导向的专业课程改革，本文分析了以就业为导向的经济管理专业课程改革的原则，提出了尊重学生的个性发展、增加创业创新类课程、使用现代管理教学方法、加强实践教学、打造创新型师资队伍等具体的思路，希望对当前经济管理专业课程的改革有一定的促进作用。

Currently set up and the process of teaching economics and management professional courses, there are many problems, can not meet the market after graduation and job demand, hence the need for employment-oriented curriculum re-form, this paper analyzes the employment-oriented economic management professionals principles of curriculum reform, proposed to respect students' personality development, increase innovation and entrepreneurship courses, teaching the use of modern management methods to enhance teaching practice, to create innovative teachers and other specific ideas, we want to reform the current economic management courses have some role in promoting.
